Ryanair - Express Bag Drop Kiosks

Ryanair introduced new kiosk hardware and software, enabling 'Express Bag Drop' passenger flows across airports in Europe. This innovation reduces check-in queues and speeds up passenger processing. I supported the design work with Farrah Munro, contributing to in-app animations, bespoke airport branding, and customer flow visuals.
